Recovering Your OcuGate Account: Step-by-Step Instructions
In the event that you lose access to your OcuGate account or forget your password, you can follow these steps to recover your account:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open your OcuGate app and navigate to the login page.
Step 2: Select "Forgot your password?"
On the login page, you will find the "Forgot your password?" option. Tap on it to proceed.
Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email Address
You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your OcuGate account. Make sure to enter it correctly and then tap on the "Submit" or "Send recovery email" button.
Step 4: Check Your Email
A password recovery email will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your inbox for the email from OcuGate. If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 5: Reset Your Password
In the password recovery email, you'll find a link to reset your password. Click on this link to be redirected to a secure page where you can enter a new password for your account.
Step 6: Create a New Password
Enter a new password for your account. Be sure to create a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. After entering your new password, confirm it by entering it again in the next field.
Step 7: Login with Your New Password
Return to the OcuGate app and login using your email address and the new password you just created.
